*The applied accounts may receive the tickets effect even the ticket status is shown as "Free Play" in the game.

*The cancelled tickets have not been charged if the tickets effect are remaining in the game.

*There has been no additional charge from this issue even if the ticket subscriptions have been cancelled or continued after the cancellation.
