Currently, there is technical issue in the monthly ticket cancellation procedure, which occurs under certain conditions.

Until the issue is fixed,the ticket subscriptions effect will remain in the game temporarily, despite of being cancelled due to the issue above.

*The applied accounts may receive the tickets effect even the ticket status is shown as "Free Play" in the game.

*The cancelled tickets have not been charged if the tickets effect are remaining in the game.

*There has been no additional charge from this issue even if the ticket subscriptions have been cancelled or continued after the cancellation.

We are currently investigating this issue, please wait until the issue is fixed.
We will announce on news when the correction is applied.
