Thank you for always playing "Iruna Online".

As time passes, support for some of our game development engines from their providers has ended, making it difficult to support new OS versions in the future.

In order to resolve these development issues and continue operations moving forward, we are currently working on migrating the Android and iOS development environments to "Unity".

In this notice, we would like to inform you in advance about the release schedule for the app developed in the new environment, precautions during migration, and the OS versions that will become unsupported due to this migration.

- Release Schedule for Migration -
The app with the development environment migrated to "Unity" is scheduled to be released around late June to July 2026.

*We will inform you if there are any changes to the schedule.

- Devices Unsupported in the Unity Version -
Smartphones with the following OS versions will no longer be supported or guaranteed to operate.

Android
- OS versions prior to "Android 7.1"

*If you are using "Android 7.0" or lower, you will need to update your OS version.

iOS
- OS versions prior to "iOS 15.0" and "iPadOS 15.0"

*If you are using "iOS 14.8.1" / "iPadOS 13.7" or lower, you will need to update your OS version.

- Migration from Android to Android Devices -
You can continue to play using your currently registered Google account.

- Migration from iOS to iOS Devices -
Please back up your current device, then restore the backed-up data on your new device.

- Backup/Restore Play Data for iOS

If you are currently playing on an unsupported device, please migrate your data to a device with a supported OS.

Please note that Customer Support will not accept account recovery requests for data remaining on unsupported devices after the Unity version is released.

You must perform the data migration to your new device by yourself after the release of the Unity version.
