Penalty Policy
If the prohibited acts in "Iruna Online" Terms of Use is found, the following penalty will be issued accordingly.
Penalty Level
There are generally five Penalty Levels in the game. The level of penalty is increased by one step for each subsequent violation.
The level of penalty will differ in accordance to the content of the violating act. Penalties that differ from those listed below may apply. We are at no obligation to disclose reasons of the applied penalty.
Penalties cannot be removed or lowered once applied.
Those with a penalty record may not be admitted to receive some services and/or campaigns.
Penalties will be applied to each account, not to each character.
Even if the character that has taken violated actions is not the character, penalty levels will be added with higher penalties applied to the characters in the same account.
Level 1: 1 hour chat restriction + suspension of visibility by and to others
Level 2: 24 hour chat restriction + suspension of visibility by and to others
Level 3: 72 hour chat restriction + suspension of visibility by and to others
Level 4: Permanent chat restriction + suspension of visibility by and to others
Level 5: Permanent suspension of application usage
What the GM does
"GM" is an abbreviation of "Game Master". Those with the title of GM are to manage the game services and carry out appropriate rolls for proper operation of "Iruna Online".
Indemnity
Any information transmitted via the site can be reviewed in order to protect the customers and game from the violation of our Terms of Use.
Bug Information Contact
The GM will report any provided bug information confirming it to the development team. You are required to let the GM know when you witness a bug during game play. If you do not inform, the GM and the operation team cannot be responsible for any losses or disadvantages.
Cautions given inside the game
Generally, the GM does not involve themselves with the players' actions in-game, but if it is determined that there is a need to take action, the GM may give warnings, arbitrary coordinate movement, or demand specific movement. If you do not accept these requests, measures will be taken such as a penalty.
Treatment of matters that are not listed in the Terms of Use:
Matters not listed in the Terms of Use will be treated according to the law and common sense. Keeping it fair and unbiased, the operation team will discuss and make the best decision.
Matters the GM will not handle
1. The GM will not give any kind of benefit to a particular user.
2. The GM will not engage in problems related to the transaction of buying/selling/trading of in-game virtual items for "real" money, or the exchange of virtual items in other games.
3. The GM will not give any information to users about the game and services that are not written, or contradict those on the official Iruna Online site.
Penalty Execution
Once confirmed, penalties will be executed for the prohibited acts including the past incidents.
Other
Any of the following restrictions may be added to an existing penalty.
・Ban Chat, Mail, Shout, Trade, Friend, Party
・Suspension of storage functions
・Suspension of trade and other related functions
・Initializing part of character data
・Initializing all characters and other data
・Removal of items owned
・Removal of Spinas owned

Spam
Repeating meaningless statements
*Does not count casual conversations that have been established.
In severe cases, you will be banned for 24 hours or permanently in shout chat, trade chat and mail functions.

Impersonation
Verbal abuse and other degrading acts while impersonating a character.
[Restriction] Penalty level 1 applies for the first time.
Virtual Item Trade
Trading items and currencies of other online games with those of Iruna Online.
*Statements that promote those kind of trades are also included.
[Restriction] Penalty level four applies for the first time.
*In accordance with the penalty level, other penalties may also be applied.
Transferring Accounts to Others
Transferring Iruna Online game account with exchange to virtual items and virtual currencies of Iruna Online or other online games.
Transferring Iruna Online game account with exchange to goods, money, personal information, or other information.
Transferring Iruna Online game account to others neither paid or for free of charge.
*Statements that promote account transfers are included.
[Restriction] Penalty level 4 applies for the first time.
*Other penalties may be applied as well.
Verbal Abuse and Slander
Slander and verbal abuse against any particular persons.
In severe cases, you will be banned for 24 hours or permanently in shout chat, trade chat and Mail functions.
[Restriction] Penalty level 1 applies for the first time. If the informer and imformed are both using abusive language and slandering each other, both level one will be applied to both.
Harrassment
Statements related to sexual, racial discrimination, discriminating disabled people.
*Penalties will be applied even if there is partial censorship, but the general meaning is there.
In severe cases, you will be banned for 24 hours or permanently in shout chat, trade chat and mail functions.
[Restriction] Penalty level 2 applies for the first time.
Inappropriate Character Names
Character names that include and or relate to those of a sexual nature, racial discrimination, the discrimination of those with disabilities, or names that coincide with criminals or terrorists that are widely known.
Character names that can be mistaken for the GM, operators, or developers are prohibited.
*Penalties will be applied even if there is partial censorship, but the general meaning is there.
[Restriction] Penalty level 2 applies for the first time. Character must be deleted by the player. If the character is not deleted and reported once more, level three will be applied.
Solicitation
Constantly requesting the disclosure of the mail address, phone number, or the equivalent.
In severe cases, you will be banned for 24 hours or permanently in shout chat, trade chat and mail functions.
[Restriction] Penalty level 2 applies for the first time.
Utilization of Defects
The act of using defects or bugs to gain experience, items, and currency in the game.
*Statements that promote this act are included.
[Restriction] Penalty level 3 applies for the first time. If experience is gained improperly, characters will be initialized. If virtual items or currencies are gained improperly, items owned will be removed, and trade and shop functions will be suspended permanently.
*All items and currency may be removed.
Fraud
Improperly gaining virtual items and currencies by deceiving others or intentionally modifying the digits of the amount of money in the shop functions.
[Restriction] Penalty level 3 applies for the first time. Virtual items and currencies that were gained by fraud will be removed, and trade, shop and mail functions will be suspended permanently.
Real Money Trading (RMT)
Buying or selling virtual items or currencies for actual real world money or the other. *Statements that promote this act are included.
[Restriction] Penalty level 4 applies for the first time, trade, mail and shop functions will be susupended permanently.
*All items and currency will be removed.
BOT/Falsification
Using programs or tools that will operate the character without the player.
Falsify, modify or disassemble any Service, Content, or Software.
If the act above is confirmed, or is found to be a threat by the operation team, there will be a response according to the rules in the Terms of Use and Penalties Policy.
[Response] Initial level 4 applied. All items, virtual currencies, and trade functions will be permanently suspended.
Operation Interference
A needless count of informing by report function that will interfere the facilitation of the operations.
A needless count of reporting to support that will interfere the facilitation of the operations.
Pretending to be a part of a member of the operation team, GM, a company employee or support personnel.
Deliberately interfering with in-game event progress.
Disregard for instructions given by the operation team or GM.
[Restriction] Penalty level 4 applies for the first time.
Actions that can lead to criminal cases
Statements or actions that may advance to murder, suicide or terrorist acts.
[Restriction] Penalty level 5 applies for the first time. Usage of the application will be suspended immediately and we will contact the police.
Obstruction of Business
Actions that interfere or threaten our business.
[Restriction] Penalty level 5 applies for the first time. Usage of the application is suspended immediately and we will contact the police.
For any other actions that we find inappropriate, a restriction of some functions may temporarily occur.
The Penalty Policy, like our Terms of Service, can be revised at any time without notice.
