We confirmed that "Avatar 100% Guaranteed" was not applied between July 29th at 12:00 am and July 31st at 11:31 pm (PDT/GMT-7).

This issue was fixed on July 31st at 11:24 pm (PDT/GMT-7) and "Avatar 100% Guaranteed" is applied correctly.

- About Compensation -

We have sent "Avatar Tickets" to the players who opened "Wedding Box" between July 29th at 12:00 am and July 31st at 11:31 pm (PDT/GMT-7) according to the number of times they opened.

We will not collect the items you won from "Wedding Box" during the period.

Also, the campaign period will be extended until August 1st at 11:59 pm (PDT/GMT-7)

- About "Uniform Box" -

An issue that you cannot open "Uniform Box" was occuring between July 29th at 12:00 am and July 31st at 11:31 pm (PDT/GMT-7).

This issue was fixed on July 31st at 11:24 pm (PDT/GMT-7) and you can open "Uniform Box" correctly.
