- "Character Name Ticket"

This ticket lets you change the name of any one character you have.

*Following our maintenance on June 26, 2019, players became able to create characters with the same (or overlapping) character names.

Please read the following carefully before changing your character name.

- How to Change -
You can change your character name from "Settings" on the top right of the character selection screen.

- Information that Will be Changed -
When you change your character name, all notations of the name will be updated with the changed name.

- Display of character name in-game
- Display of character name in Party List, Friend Lists, Guild List, and Black List
- Display of character name on past letters

- Information that Will Not be Changed -
Account ID (ACID) and Character ID are unique information to the account. This unique information will not change.
Other users will see the same Account ID and Character ID as before the name change.

Please be careful of impersonation, scamming, trouble between users, and inappropriate naming due to character name changes. Reports and actions in violation to our Terms of Use will be investigated and acted upon through the unique account information as long as they can be confirmed.

- Please Note -
- This item will be consumed at the character selection screen. It cannot be used from the Coin list.
- If you are playing with a character name containing device-specific emojis or foreign languages (such as Persian or Arabic), usage of the chat may cause unexpected issues.
- Character names utilizing device-specific emojis may not be displayed correctly.

- Concerning Limited Function of the Main Menu -
During our update on June 26, 2019 (Weds) we adjusted the timing of the release of a portion of the main menu in the top right.

From the tutorial at the beginning of the game until the the mission "Monster Taskforce" is cleared, we have limited the available functions of the main menu on the top left.

By completing the mission "Monster Taskforce", all functions of the main menu can be used.

Until the mission is cleared, some of the functions of the main menu cannot be used.
