When a subscription fails to be continued due to insufficient balance or other reasons, a "Checking Payment" message will now appear on the subscription purchase page.
If you see a "Checking Payment" message displayed on the subscription page, please visit the following URL and check your Google Play subscription purchase information.
You will be able to resume your pending subscription by updating your subscription information with a valid payment method.
If your subscription information is not displayed, please switch Google Play accounts.
If your OS is a newer version
- Tap the icon at the top right of the home screen of "Google Play" or "Play Store".
If your OS is an older version
- Tap the triple bar icon at the top left of the home screen of "Google Play" or "Play Store".
- Tap the icon to the right of your account name in the the menu.
