- Summer event has begun.
- The graphics of "Rokoko City" has been changed for summer event.

You can go to the event venue by talking to NPC "Neints" in "Rokoko City".

You can accept summer event quests from NPCs at the event venue.

*This event is the same as it is held in 2014.

*If you have completed this event in 2014, you cannot accept the event quests.

*We will announce the ending date and time of this event.


- Restoration from Rollbacks -

- The following items lost will be restored.

From: After the scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, June 9th
Until: Before the scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, July 14th


- Items Restored -

- Costumes obtained from Menu > Coins section.

- The equipment and Crystas dropped, created by production, obtained by using item, or obtained from NPCs.

- The equipment and Crystas deposited to in storages, withdrawn from storages, deposited to guild storages, or withdrawn from guild storages.


- The items lost during the following period will be restored. -

From: After the emergency maintenance on Friday, April 10th at 2:40 am (PDT/GMT-7)
Until: Before the emergency maintenance on Monday, April 13th at 12:05 am (PDT/GMT-7)


- The following data are unable to be restored. -

- The Spinas earned or used during the period above.
- The consumables, healing, collectibles items obtained or used during the period above.
- The EXP gain that didn't reach the next level during the period above.
- The progress of mission and quests accepted during the period above.
- The EXP gain and level up for Production obtained during the period above.


- How to Receive the Items Restored -

You can receive the equipment and Crystas restored when you log in the game with 5 empty item slots in your inventory.

If you have empty item slots less than 5 in your inventory, you can receive the items from "Neints" in Rokoko City.

If you haven't received the items restored, a text message shows up in the chat log.

*The items restored depend on the character.

- Bug Reports -

- When you change a character's face, and then create a new character and login, the face will be applied to the new character.

It will be fixed by changing equipment and re-login.

- Crops are not displayed for planters in Invitation Mode.

- Some seeds produce unintended harvests under certain conditions.

We are investigating the causes of these issues, so please be patient until they are fixed.


- Installing App from "Google Play" -

It may take time to download the new app from "Google Play" if the devices have updated "Google Play".

If the new app is not updated, please check "Google Play" later.

If the new app is not still updated after a while, please try uninstall and reinstall the app.
